No returns. Exchanges only offered on damaged pieces. 

PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS.  Customers are required to pay for additional postage for any packages returned due to an incorrect address.  

For custom orders: No refunds or exchanges for custom orders. Work will not begin until invoice is paid in full. Pictures of the finished product will be emailed or texted to you for your approval. If you are not satisfied with the finished product, work will be done to accommodate your needs. If a compromise is not possible, the seller will refund shipping costs and 90% of the original fee paid.
